Q. What is the standard delivery time?
For most products the shipping time is mentioned on the product page, however all products are shipped within 48-72 hours of placing the order and reach most locations in India within 4-6 working days. Also note that this doesn’t apply to bulk order and Intl shipping
Q. How much are the shipping and handling charges?
You pay what you see. So where there is shipping charge to be paid, you will see it mentioned clearly on the page itself. Where the shipping is free you will see that clearly as well. Most of the products priced as all inclusive charges which includes shipping and handling charges as well. If you have a doubt, please confirm first by mailing us at email@example.com.
Q. Do you deliver outside India?
YES but for the delivery outside India, the shipping charges, customs (if any), you have to bear yourself only (Please check the section The World for details). In case, if you have a doubt before making the purchase for international, please confirm first by mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. How can I track my buying?
As soon as we ship your product, we will notify both by text (SMS) and email all the shipment details, which include Airway Bill (AWB), courier company customer care number (if you want to contact with them) etc.
Q. Do you gift pack also?
YES we do but the charges for gift packing is extra and it varies from product-to-product. You can confirm this either by calling us directly at +91-11-45719163 or through email email@example.com. Don’t worry we will not send your recipients the bill at the time of gift delivery as we understand the importance of gifts very well.
Q. Do you allow returns or exchange of products?
Since all the products we list on the website are mostly imported products, so we thereof can’t allow any return or cancellation but if in case the product which reached you comes in fault state, we are happy to send you the fresh product unit (once after checking the fault state of the product which you got). For a note, at the time of delivery, we video record all our deliveries, so that it will work as a proof that the product which we send you is in fine and perfect state.
Q. I received the bill from G2One Network Pvt. Ltd. but your brand name is Brand99.co. Why is it so?
Since Brand99.co is an e-commerce arm of G2One Network, therefore, all over billing be done via the parent company name only,
